5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by Participants: Cancellations must be made in writing via email to [email protected]. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date will receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable deposit of $150. Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat are non-refundable.

Cancellations by Awakened Women Collective: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future retreat.

6. Refund and Dispute Policy

Refunds: Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for leaving a retreat early.

Disputes: Any disputes regarding payments or services must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the issue to [email protected]. We will work to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

7. Promotions and Discounts

Current Promotion: Receive 10% off when you book the Divine Purpose Retreat by March 1, 2025. This offer is non-transferable, cannot be combined with other promotions, and applies only to bookings made directly through our Website.

Promotion Terms: Promotional offers are subject to change or termination at our discretion. Specific terms will apply to each promotion.
